Very cool. Hopefully they cut the shocks under the body + a guard for the rearmost one. They’ll be so much better protected. The thing looks like it runs really nice in the video.

Unique, but I fail to see how that shock arrangement manages to lower the CG more than a tiny amount. The only weight loss up high is the weight of part of the shock tower.

In fact, the shocks are now much better protected from both impacts and, if they come up with a wrap-over body, probably also dirt. I wonder if that's why the shocks have no rubber boots. The lay-down shocks should also produce far less drag, so there could be aerodynamic advantages to discerned as well. While ultimate performance is still to be determined, this looks like a far more interesting buggy than the Mayako.
