Nemo Racing Agama 1/8th Buggy A422

Design looks really cool. My only concern would be the body and cooling head of engine dont have any protection.

Over a year since showing this.
This doesn’t look good they must not be working as good as the old buggy.

^Nope, only 4 or so months since the first post.....

Itis most definitely going into production.

They haven’t raced it all.. only practice runs, maybe will make its debut at the worlds..

^Shame it's only coming out end of this year, too late for a birthday present....

because some of the parts including the Arms are 3D printed, nothing worse than trying to show how good your car is then breaking a pre production 3D part and having people bad mouth the car.

Finally some more real innovation in 1/8 scale design. Cant wait to see the agama guys at Herts run these. Heck if its good and I had the money, I would get one myself!
If this inboard suspension design takes off (I reckon it will), I hope other designers try it out too. One could only dream of a new radical engineering arms race between the likes of Agama, HB, Mugen, Kyosho... even mayako may join the fight!

It does open up some options with shock design. Gives a possibility for running through shaft dampers which isn't really feasible packaging wise with an upright setup. What is good about these? Well, they don't have air emulsified in the oil! Nobody can pretend that is a good thing.
