Default Help with Kyosho MP10 Build

Folks,

My son and I are putting together a Kyosho MP10, and not certain we have the center diff, and the brake setup properly. Currently, the diff is binding on one of the hooks used for the brake, and only the front wheels move, when turning the center diff gear, the rear ones do not. I've attached some pics. Can anyone tell me what we've done wrong?

Any build videos out there? I tried Google, but didn't find anything.

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Top plate is backwards. Take off and rotate 180*

Also, your diff mounts are wrong. You have the rear one on the front and the front one on the rear. Note the slight concave on the one mount. That is for clutch clearance.

I think you're missing the shims underneath the diff mount.

I thought you only need the shims if you run a bigger gear?
