Looks a bit like a Serpent 811e buggy, the Ball studs are backwards on the camber links.

Front shock standoffs look either bent, or the carbon tower mount holes for them are damaged.

Which buggy is this?

a tandem can be very long (around 130cm) it hard to steer. Weight can also be an issue and it can require a large storage space
