Default Panther Tires Compounds Help

Is anyone using Panther Tires, I was looking for tires and came up with this brand that I used to ran way back in the day, they have some interesting threat patterns but I was wondering if anyone is using them to guide in terms of the compounds because I see they have super soft, soft, medium soft, medium and clay. So I am wondering how "soft" is soft and if there is a significant difference between soft and medium soft, or I should get soft and medium.

Thanks for all the help, btw I am planning to get 1/8 buggy tires.

We had a thread discussing some of their offerings, perhaps it may be of use to your question?

Panther Tire Compounds, how they compare to Losi and Proline

I run the Switch 2.0 on Clay in soft and hardpack clay, and dont feel like I am giving up anything to the guys running Proline, AKA, or other.

As a note, do not get their inserts, they are regular foam and do not keep the tire carcass from moving as well as others. I am running AKA inserts in my buggies.

I have not tried their Orange close cell as of yet, but it is to be better than the regular foam inserts.
