Default Losi and HPI question

What should I do here? I have a Losi Ten-T with a bad ROSS gear and an HPI Savage X that uses Roto Start 2 and I'm missing the wand part.

On the Losi, should I replace the engine? Fix the ROSS (who has parts...anyone?)? or buy a universal bump starter box?

For the HPI, I'm also having a hard time figuring out which wand to buy. It's the one with the dog bone end, not the HEX end. I'm also not sure if I have the 4.1 or the 4.6 engine.

If I bought a universal starter box, would it work for both? I've never used one before. I'm trying to do this on the cheap to get them up and running if possible. Let me know your thoughts and what you would do.

Thanks for your help,
Jeremy

Best bet is to visit your local hobby shop.
