HB Racing D819 Nitro Buggy

You may have noticed when purchasing the D819 transmission kit that it doesn’t come with the o-rings that sit in the outdrive.
The D819 exploded diagram says that the part number for this is the diff o-ring (HB-204027) but I’ve found that this part is too big for the outdrive and doesn’t sit properly.
After speaking to the distributor in the U.K. we’ve found that the correct part number should be HB-66595

Hi Guys,
what is the difference between the D817 No.5 and D819 No.5 Rear Hub Plates?
Any Chance how I can identify all my different D812, D815, D817 and D819 Rear Hub Plates and Steering Block Arm Sets?
Do the parts have different markings?

D817No 5 plate. Take that plate. Remove the camber link hole to the inside. Then add a new hole to the outside and u have the new D819 plate.
So the D817 plate outer and middle hole is the exact same as the D819 middle and inner hole. And the D819 has a new hole even further to the outer direction.

This being the nitro thread I had a question regarding the Ebuggy and the new D819 drive-line upgrade. Think I made a slight overlook on my part, apparently to make this work I would have to purchase the nitro ring gears?

the e817 and d817 have completely different center drive lines. You would need new center shafts aswell, which im not sure exist

The ebuggy gearing is 43/10 its gearing is Truck gearing. So some of the team members are and have been running the Nitro gearing. The cut on the ebuggy ring and pinion is not the same as the ring and pinion on the nitro that is the reason why you can not just change the pinion and you are good. You have to change it all.
and one you go to the nitro gearing you have to change your pinion too 15, 16, 17, 18 depending on motor
FROM D.R.
HB Racing: What was the key advantage the E817 V2 gave you?
David Ronnefalk: The most important thing you needed was the car to handle the bumps very well. With a great shock package the car really felt amazing out there and it was very smooth over the bumps and it didn’t get upset when you got off the line, which was a key.
HB Racing: Have you made any special modifications or settings to the car?
David Ronnefalk: I think the major difference on the car is that I used the 43/13 nitro gearing inside the gearboxes. Normally I prefer the standard 43/10 E817 V2 gearing because it gives more punch coming out of the corners, but for the very rough DNC track I went with 43/13 to get more throttle control.
HB Racing: What option parts did you use?
David Ronnefalk: This time I must say the car was very much stock. For option parts I used the hard suspension arms, and for this track I also had the optional 2.75 degree toe in the rear. For the rear hub plates I used #5 from the 817 series. Other than those and the nitro 43/13 gearing, the car was a standard E817 V2.

@Flipnsticks thanks for you explanation. I think some of my Carbon Steering Plates are very old. If I remember correctly they are from a D812 and they have no markings on them.
Is anybody running a OS Motor in his D819? I build my OS B21 Adam Drake in the Car and the gearmash is way to tight. I used the Stock No.1 Plates (orientation: loose) and 13/48 Gearing. The Drivetrain is binding up completely.
I think the Crankshaft of the OS is higher compared to a Orion CRF or Performa Engine.
What is the best Solution for this Problem?
No.2 Plates for the Motor-Mount or should I try to get my Engine a little bit down (0,2-0,5mm).
