Reds clutch personally, the thing lasts forever and keeps bearings intact!

Does the new engine mount and engine mount adjusters work with 0.8 mod spur and clutchbell?

Anyone know or heard when the updated parts will be in stock? I know the kits are in stock, but the updated parts that are included I have not seen. Thanks

yes, however u may need a set of adjusters sold as option parts. The kit does not come with all of them.

Is the box setup a good Starting point or is there a basic setup that most of you guys run?

So I started my build last night. I got the diffs together and the front & rear felt fine (like new diffs). The center though, felt bad! While turning the outdrive by hand there is one spot that is pretty bad and needs to be forced to move past.I know the O.S. Speed will never notice it and it will probably break in after awhile but it seems like there is something not aligned correctly.

If it feels that bad I'd take it back apart and see what the issue is. Probably a cross pin that isn't fully seated.

I have the front end and center diff done and mounted to the chassis. When I spin the axles it feels even worse in the car then it does out of the car. I'm going to have to take it apart. I feels like the spur gear is hitting the chassis but its not. So weird. The front diff feels really smooth, btw.

the center diff.

1. Remove from car
2. Get a feel for it
3. Loosen the 4 screws 3/4 turn each.
4. See if it feels better, this just gives u an idea if pressure is affecting it
5. Take it apart
6. Was blue gasket installed?
7. Are both cross pins fully seated?
8. Are both the 2 larger gears fully seating with nothing under them rubbing?
9. Correct what u find
10. Rebuild
11. If not smooth and still catches just a little, run it for 5 to 10 minutes in the car at the track. Check it. Likely will be good to go from here.

I found the problem I had. The shim behind the pinion in the front gear box needed to be removed. It was binding everything up. Now thats it's out it all spins nice and smooth.
