The extended standoffs do make a difference. It helps gain more rear grip, but in my testing it also made the buggy handle worse in the bumps. With more time I feel I could make them work.

This would change the front roll center. So in theory if you raise the axles, the front would have less grip, if you lower the axles the front would have more grip. I rarely test this option, I feel it's just a minor difference on the track.

Klinik RC is actually a very reputable well known company in the US (they make the dry air filters which are getting pretty popular)... I believe they're in California. Tony (the owner) is great to work with, I'd recommend at least reaching out to them and see if they have stock of what you're looking for, as they've always been very communicative from my experience.
