Most parts are but NOT all of them. Examples - Ring and Pinion Gear
Buckland likes this.

Default D819 upgrades

Just curious, but I知 looking to upgrade my d817v2 to some d819/D819rs parts without having to buy the full kit. I have the D819 driveline already, but would the RS v3 shock towers work on the 817v2? Any suggested parts that you guys personally feel made a difference like maybe the one piece mount? Any help would be great! I absolutely love this car and I知 not trying to look cheap but if I could make a d819rs without getting the -2mm chassis I would be super happy to invest in the parts to do so!

thanks!!

Only parts I would get would be the 2 degree knuckles and the rear tower for the tuning options. The one piece mount is a bit of a personal preference, some prefer the older mount. The shorter chassis isn't a big difference unless you are running really low rear toe and want to keep the wheelbase similar to the old car with 3 degrees toe. The front hub spacers are nice to have but anything else is durability improvements that may just be worth getting if you break something in the first place or are replacing some parts due to wear.

I want to ditch the engine mount inserts. Do anyone know engine mount screws I could use?

Is anyone running an external fuel filter? If so, how have you mounted it and routed your lines...

thanks
