Well deserved win, he clearly made the least amount of mistakes.
But the track was pretty boring if you ask me, looked nice at first glance, but the final race line really didn't make it track for a world championship.

Any which way it is, if you don't think these sort of things should be discussed on a forum, then you have no idea of what a forum is for.
My opinion isn't final you see.

What???? That would be the stupidest protest ever! - they protested a possible Gyro in the car.
Great job Davide, and good drive by Maifield and Tebo! Pretty good to see Reno mixing it up in there as well.

After 11 years of waiting, Team Associated are finally 1/8 buggy World Champions!! Couldn't have come at the hands of a more skilled driver either, Davide Ongaro deserves heaps of praise for his masterful driving performance. May the Italian Stallion reap many more trophies in the time to come.
I also have to give massive thanks to Front Row Screens for what has been absolutely fantastic coverage all week long! While the circuit might not have been the most breathtaking, their exceptional close-up camerawork really allowed you to see the cars well as opposed to years past when the cameras wouldn't zoom-in nearly enough. Now onto the celebration hangover...

So what happens now? Do we still have IFMAR events every 2 years, or will it be replaced by the Quagraine?

I really liked the looks of the track and think it would be a fun track to race on.
kinda bummed maifeld or tebo didnt win as it was pretty much their last chance.
Great drive by davide, i expect him to go on a tear like ty did in the first half of the decade.
Speaking of ty those three crashes early cost him a world title, knowing the way he is thats going to be eating away at him for a while.
A great race that thank god lacked any drama.

I think that had more to do with the choice to paint the areas between the circuit, rather than use carpet or even grass. Looked great for 15 minutes, but faded quickly. Not a big deal and didn't detract from the great driving performances.

I wasn't there so I have no idea what the driver thought about it and so on, but I got the impression that they had squeezed in the track on what area they had available. I just don't think it made for good racing, not any interesting places to pass others, low(-ish) speed yet not really technical. (But BIG + for not adding a bunch of whoopies)
But I could be wrong, maybe the drivers liked it, just my observation.
