Default Tekno NB48.4 or Mugen MBX7r or MBX8

I'm looking to buy into the nitro world with one of these models. I have an EB48.4 which for me is the best electric mode, but I want to pilot the best combustion model. Which one has the best performance?

Right now the Serpent SRX8 Evo is on top with it's tuning capabilities, but Tekno is known to have an aggressive driving style and Mugen being more tame. Up to you. They are all good platforms.

Oh, cool. MBX8 and the D817v2 are the top 2 on my list for a new nitro buggy.. would you have anything you can share on the pros and cons of each brand? Thanks.

I start off with the mugen
pros it is a nice car to drive but you need to tune it heaps and add weights to make it easy to drive and be stable on lose tracks
only thing I like is easy diff removel that's about it
come
as I said above you got buy few upgrades to make it easy to drive if you don't have it it's twichey
Hotbodies
pros it's a awesome car out the box don't need much tuning on lose track it's super durable and it easy to drive very stable you don't have buy anything to make it better
come
I havet found any yet
overall
I am very happy with hb cars there for I am selling off my mugen cars

How long did you drive Mugen? Sounds like you didn't put any time in it.

I would get any of the modern cars like the NB48.4, MBX8, XB8, TKI4 10th edition, etc... the aggressiveness and tameness can be adjusted with setup.

And the hdd differentials of mugen make a lot of difference in performance compared to hb? And question of durability, is hb stronger than MBX8?
