traxxas is responsible for getting 1000s into rc but also hundreds back out. the 3.3 in my opinion is there worse motor and carb.

Nitro is fun, but damn messy and noisy by comparison to electric.
I went the other way a couple of years ago and don't regret it. I get the performance of nitro, i am crying as i see the day coming of electric enduro motorbikes outstripping petrol - but they'll never beat the spectacle.
