Default Seeking Pro4 critique.

Decided to run pro 4 this year for the summer series and club nights both in Lincoln and Omaha. While I have the core items figured out I'm looking for advice on some of the options available.

Core:
Tekno SC410 Ver 2 when released
Tekin RX8 Gen 2
Hitec Servo
Tekin Pro 4 550 430KV
SMC 6500 or 7200s

Basically I'm just looking to keep up with the better racers and have a fair shot once I get good.

*Edit* Thanks for the suggestions folks. Now to save the money.

I wouldn't go any lower than 6500mah. Check out smc-racing.net. there battery are awesome and very well priced.

I think that you would be happy with either of those tekin motors. As far as batteries the higher the mah the better. Pro4 is known for killing batteries (any brand) but I've had great luck with the Revtech.

Revtech sold at the plex? I'm trying to buy my complete kit from Alex & Co.

*Edit*

It's Trinity, of course it is.

SMC batteries are great. i use the 6500 and 7200. As far as motor i run the Novak Ballistic 4.5T 550 can and love it. I also have the Tekin RX8 Gen2 so i know it works well with this motor.

I have ran the novak 4.5t 550 can the tekin 4600kv 540 pro4 and the 4300kv hd. In my opinion the 4300kv hd is by far the only motor that should be put in the tekno. The torque, speed , drivability and the cool temp make it the best choice in my opinion. I would not run any lower the a 6500mah lipo as well.
