2015 Novak Offroad Race at the Plex, April 17-19
This year's Novak Offroad race at the Plex is April 17-19 at the HobbyTown USA Hobbyplex in Omaha, NE.
The Plex has been home to the Novak race since 2011. Bob Novak will once again be in attendance, as well as the many team drivers that pilgrim to the Plex each year to hang out with the man that started it all.
Just like previous years, we will showcase a special SCT class with a heads up, elimination style qualifying format and handout Edge esc's and 13.5 motors.
Schedule:
Thursday, April 16th: open practice, 4pm - 9m. $10 practice fee.
Friday, April 17th: controlled practice, 10am - 5pm, seed time practice, 6pm - finish.
Saturday, April 18th: open practice, 7am - 8am, 3 rounds of Qualifying, 9am.
Sunday, April 19th: open practice 7am - 8am, mains start at 9am
Entry fee:
$37 first, $27 Second, $17 third. $15 Plexspec entry. $15 Edge SX SCT

Previous ROAR national champ and longtime Novak driver, Mike Truhe will be in attendance!
We have some big giveaways from Hobbico including a Durango dex210v2. Hobbico representatives will also be in attendance.
Some important dates are coming up.
April 3rd is the purge. Any non-paid entries will be moved to a waiting list. Getting paid by April 3rd will guarantee your spot in the race. Entries can be paid by paypal through rcsignup or over the phone (402) 498-8888.
The track build starts April 6th. As usual, it will be an all new track layout. No practice is allowed until the scheduled Thursday practice on the 16th.
