What rules do you have on the 1/5th scale classes? Going to have to dust off the 5b.

There will be 3 five minute heats. Top 8 will go to the A main. A main will be a 20 minute race. 2 bumps from the B.
Should be a good turnout, there are about 12 guys locally running baja's. I think it's almost a even split between the 5b and 5 sc.

I am just wondering about the safety rules. is a remote kill switch required? And motor size, stock or is modded motors allowed. I just don't want to show up with my lightly ported 26cc and others showing up with full mod alcohol fueled 30.5's.

And what tires for the 5B's work good at your track, I have Badlands and Hostile all terrains.

As of right now there will not be any engine restrictions. A kill switch will be required on all 1/5 scales.

So a kill switch like the super bee is required then? I have seen what a run-a-way baja does and its not pretty.

I would recommend the super bee kill switch.

How in the world do you SAFELY marshall a baja race?? I've already been hit with 3 or 4 1/8 buggys and a couple truggys...and that hurts...and baja...hospital trip???
