Sounds like it'll be fun! I am definitely going to try to make some of the larger races like this one this summer!

Default Jconcepts Spring Nitro Nationals, May 28-30 at the Plex

Jconcepts is sponsoring the Spring Nitro Nationals
May 28-30 at the HobbyTown USA Hobbyplex in Omaha, NE.

Jason Ruona will be there, along with some of the best racers in our region.

Classes will be Expert and Sportsman 1/8th scale buggy and truggy and electric 1/8th scale buggy.

For those unfamiliar with "The Plex" we have a 160x80 foot track and indoor, air conditioned pits!

We've hosted several RC pro series events and the 09 electric nats.

Here's some vids!

Here's some older footage of our track to get you in the mood...

This is our Electric nats layout, but if look at the backside of the track you can see our starting wall, which makes nitro starts way easier on your pit man! You can also see our nice pit lane, too.

Here is the official race flyer!!!

I hope to all of you there!!!

Yo Fro, this looks like alot of FUN. I've been out for carpet action at the HobbyPlex (it was pure enjoyment) and look forward to possibly attending this race. My question is I see you noted Expert "A" mains to be 45min. what about other mains?

Sportsman A-main will be 30-minutes.

All the B's will be 20, C's and lower will be 10.

Not sure on the Electric yet. We'll probably do 10-minute triple A-mains.

Hope you can make it!

Ten entries already and the biggest class so far is E-8TH buggy but that won't last. Can't wait to see the total entries for the event

18 entries as of day one. I'm liking this online signup thing.

Got an entry in the mail from Florida today!

We're over thirty entries already.

I'll be posting a list of total entries on the website within a few days.
