I think it has been asked before, but are you guys running a mod buggy class for your big race? I figured I would ask because your points series shows a mod buggy and stock truck class, but the TOTP race lists Stock Truck and Mod Truck?

racen 77 06-24-2009 04:45 AM

Mod buggy is a little sporadic at our track. I may have to work that day but if not I will have mine there and I'm sure John P. will want to run his. If some of the Hadar bunch come down there will definately be a buggy class.

What rules are being used for the Slash class? (roar, RcPRo?)
Is is Slash only, or Slash and SC10?
RTR motor and speed control only?
Battery limits (6 cell, 7 cell, Lipo)?

I know that for the Omaha SS races that we are using the RCPro rules for Slash.

37 RACING 06-24-2009 05:29 PM

For the Thunder Race i think it should be following!
Novice (Any electric vehicle with Stock equivlent motor no mods!)
Slash box stock
Stock truck(13.5)
Mod Truck
Mod buggy
Mod 4wd
1/8 scale
Unlimited Monster Truck
Talked to Stanger and a couple others, some of the stock truck guy's would be eligible for novice, talk to Scott,Tim,Dave or myself and we can tell you who's eligible out of our local racers and we will use a Gentlemans word for out of towners, you should no your skill level and please do not step down to just try and get a trophy be fair to the true novice racers!
Any questions feel free to call me 308 380 4576 Al Halte
