wouldn't fit by 4mm. Sending it back for a 4040-cm 2850kv
the one I purchased was the 4050 2300kv and said 82mm length, the losi mount says up to 80mm. They were right unfortunately

I would be done already, but the 8T aluminum bellcrank gave me a bit of a fit before I figured it out. Turning smooth now by hand. Saver is a little over half way tight

I am thinking the reason Horizon has the 3xl-e on clearance is the replacement Losi's will have the Spectrum smart technology.

It is now on clearance in the outlet section on Horizon and says while supplies last. I fear it may be going the way of the dodo.

Yes, not sure how longer this is going to be around. This was a decent truck, but think alot of folks were turned off by the initial price of $700-$800. My stripped the rear diff on the first turn and bent 2 axles on the second. I was turned off by that. I heard they were able to fix some of these items in the months after release, but that didn't help me much.

I like the look of this rig and I thought it handled well, but for $700 bucks back in the day...there were better options (MT410 using budget electronics, any of the 1/8 6s Arrma models, and so on...).

At $500, I think it's a deal, but I also see support going away for this rig in the near future.

Default Chassis flex?

I took a high seed jump and the rear center drive shaft popped out of the center differential after a bad landing. It looks like it should be longer. Anyone else have this issue?

Looks like I busted a diff and that was what caused the drive shaft to pop out as the rear duff became locked. I had the diffs shimmied but only the spider gears and they look ok but the larger gear is what broke.

Can you E-LST guys check out this truck and tell me if it's good?

https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/s-...8821-249-15777

It's a converted XXL-2 I think. I'm a nitro guy but wouldn't mind trying an E-LST since I still have a nitro LST2 and tons and tons of parts. Thanks.

It looks to been well taken care of and is in good shape.... I have had no experience with the conversion LST's. Had a few LST2"s and they rock.

Same here basically. I've had two nitro LST2s and loved them. Sold one, still have one, but it's ragged out. I have a ton of spares though.

Looks to me like the ESC and lipo locations should be switched for better balance? Is that straightforward enough?

I would only be running 4S, maybe 5S... And not extreme bashing either. Just blasting up and down the road for the most part...
