ClodBuster Troubleshooting
 

Hello all,
I'm totally green to the R/C scene...so please be kind.

A family member had recently passed away and left a 4x4 Clodbuster to my youngest boy. It worked for a short time but now only gives a beeping alarm when powered on.
Here is what i know:
Controller: Spektrum DX4C with SR410 receiver
ESC: Tamiya TEU-106BK
Motors - haven't confirmed those yet.
All batteries are charged up and replaced so i know those aren't the issue.

I did the bind process and now the ESC gives a single beep after 2 seconds followed up by constant and consistent beeping with the LED light flashing.
Tamiya's website is junk for Troubleshooting.

When i initially do the bind process it will work somewhat for a second or two...then stop responding completely to the controller. Motors do not respond nor the steering servo's....so perhaps its a controller and receiver issue? If so...why is the ESC light and alerting after it fails to function?

Any help on this is appreciated.

battery type? nimh nicad.lipo.. did you charge battery?
