Smartech Tornado brushless conversion
 

Hey guys, looking for some help/advice on my conversion project. So I have this 1/8 Smartech truck that I've been trying to convert to brushless but all attempts have failed thus far. I started off by cutting up the chassis and fitting in a Tmaxx Tranny, had it figured out but then drive shafts didn't work.I bailed on that idea and ordered a new chassis so now Im back at square one with the stock tranny. Anyone have suggestions or advice to make this conversion work? I'm having trouble finding a pinion gear that will match up with the 2 speed transmission. All help is greatly appreciated, and thanx in advance

I haven't heard the word Smartech in 20 years. I doubt you will get much in the way of replies. That's a non-existent brand these days.
