Team Infinity Nitro Engine Trouble

I have a acme racing nitro monster t with a team infinity 18 engine and have recently had lots of problems with it.

The car has no trouble starting (recently) but once got going chokes or chugs and the rpm will raise and lower sometimes even cutting the engine out. Ive adjusted the HSN and leaned it out but that doesn't seem to make a difference so maybe its the LSN but when i go to adjust that the engine will cut out shortly after. I'm very new to this so i may be missing something or doing something wrong.

In addition to this while leaving my car on a box with the wheels of the ground the car will randomly accelerate (while i'm standing there not touching anything) even after i have adjusted the throttle trim on the remote, bearing in mind the car had been sitting fine before it started to engage. After it starts to drive i adjust the throttle trim more and it stops is this normal ?.

If someone could help that would be Great.

Do you have the setting guide for the motor? Check your fuel lines, if you have a pin hole, you will not see it, but it can mess with your carb settings. Best bet replace the fuel lines, clean / replace the fuel filter, and install an new plug.

If not try this: Factory Carb Settings For .18 Team Infinity Engine : Nitrotek LTD

Get it back to normal settings and try again.

Ill replace my filter and pipes and my glow plug although that seems to work fine and ill try turning my needles back to factory settings.

Thanks.

I would agree! Start with the easy stuff, or you'll be turning screws all day with poor results! I can't count how many times I've tried to tune and it ended up being something simple like linkage or an air leak that would have made it so much easier.
