Clod wheels have a hub that's specific to Tamiya. There are adapters to go from Tamiya to 12mm hex available at crawler and clod sites like Crawford performance, RC4WD, etc.
Edit: Two things. First you can't always expect a reply in a few hours, especially on a holiday like the Fourth of July. Second, clod wheels are pretty big and so are the tires, have a look at their specs on tower.

Yeah clod wheels have a unique drive hub. The link below is an adapter that fits over a 12mm hex and mounts a clod wheel.

Sorry I have no idea what the measurements of a clod wheel are let alone the back spacing. There is a very popular mod people do to clod wheels to get them to clear suspension and get a 12mm hex on them though. It involves cutting clod wheel just in front of the "center" where the hub is. You do the same to a Traxxas Monster Jam wheel and glue the two together. You end up with a nice wide offset to clear suspension and a 12mm hex. Here's a link for the wheel mod.

12 mm hex
Greetings. That specific hex came off of a touring car. If the Slash axles (5mm) are what you are intending to use these adapters for, then 5mm inner diameter 12 mm hexes should fit. Jus' take note that the (yellow) adapters are plastic(ie. note so durable: ) Good luck.

what company makes them?

Kyosho-TeamCRP
Greetings. The 12 mm hexes (black) are Kyosho. And the Yellow adapters are TeamCRP. I've fitted clod wheels to USA 1 axles( the clod wheels were more readily available than replacement Kyosho N.O.S. wheels).Good luck
