Default Fitting bigger batteries in Savage XS

Hello everyone.

Is there any mods to be able to fit bigger batteries in the Savage XS at all?

My GensAce 5300 doesn't fit properly, the wires need to be squished to buggery.

Anyone got any tips?

you can get 3s packs that are the same size as the 2s packs you are using now. I use them in my axial trucks. try skylipo from hobbyking. you can also shorten the leads on the packs you have now. cut your connector off, shorten to the length you want and solder new connectors on there.
