You could find a pinion with a wider shaft base or you can toss that motor back up on the shelf and put a different motor in the truck.

I like the HPI Firebolt 15T motors. They are equally as fast as the Titan, and seem to last longer. Just break them in at 1/4th throttle for the first 5-10 minutes. They are cheaper than the Titan as well, at around $15 shipped all over the web.

EDIT - only $13!!! http://www.ebay.com/itm/HPI-Racing-1...item1c36762251

Yes the firebolt motor is quite nice. One came in the sprint 2 that I got for shitz and giggles. Nicely torquey with good speed. I do think the breaking power was a bit lacking

Spend a little extra and get a rebuildable motor. That way you can replace brushes and not cans. Just my .02

I'm not sure a rebuildable motor would help here, burning a titan up in 2 packs is a little odd. Can motors are usually more heat forgiving, although they have less ouput, so if you wore the brushes out, I'd look into your gearing. If you're running stock gearing, you most likely need to gear down (smaller pinion).

try a flysky s600 motor, very hard to kill motor, and you can also gear it up a bit cause it runs cooler.. under $20 on ebay.
