Looking to do some upgrades to my e revo

I am wanting to do some upgrades to my e revo (10 scale). I already have a brushless system (2650kv mamba monster motor with mamba monster 2 esc). I just broke the front arm but it is still usable which is good so I can use it until I get a replacement. How are the rpm arms? I have heard mixed reviews on them so I am very unsure :/. What are some other upgrades that are recommended? I have been reading about people getting the sway bar upgrade. What does that really do? Is it worth it? If there is anything else I should get please do not hesitate to let me know!!! Thank you :)

I love RPM on TRX applications. Anytime something on my Emaxx breaks it is replaced with an RPM part. RPM is Nylon, stock is plastic. Nylon has give, plastic for the most part doesn't. So RPM parts can take more abuse. They will still break, but in my experience last much longer when using vehicle as a basher.

As far as the sway goes, this will help your cornering. Ever turn really hard and notice one of your tire lift off the ground? Sway bar will prevent this.

Yup, body roll throws off wheel geometry, caster and camber. Take the frame and dip it to the side slightly and watch the wheels and tires, notice how they tilt? You don't want that. Lessens the traction in a hard corner. The flatter the car corners, the more traction you'll have and the more predictable the car will be.

Nylon is plastic... It's just formulated differently that the stock plastic used. It's like carbon steel vs titanium, they are both metals by nature, but they are very different in compostiton.

How are the 17mm hex adapters? I purchased the brushed version originally and I see the brushless edition has the 17mm hexes. Are they worth getting?

Sell it and buy a Truggy:nod:

Upgrades to a revo.... Hmmm....

It should be called (shit the "truck" should have come with stock) Sorry man, no upgradable advice from me. I'd say take that "upgrade" money and go buy some lottery tickets with it, at least you have a chance:lol: Placing it in the garbage can would be an upgrade but it would also be a downgrade to the garbage can..

Wow never thought someone would hate an rc vehicle so much lol

What I hate is the brainless, delusional, brainwashed, moronic nitwit's that praise traxxsucks, so I do the opposite. I tell the truth because I have owned multiple RC's from just about every brand.

RPM arms and shock towers. Keep the truck off 6S, and if you beat on the drivetrain, look into steel center driveshafts, aluminum diff cups, and aluminum diff cases.

I would deff buy the traxxas alum pushrods for it..I bent the stock ones like crazy... Maybe the aluminum traxxas tierods also....rpm arms are a must...Your also gonna wanna put a better slipper clutch in there as it wont hold up for long with the extra power...

I always forget the Robinson Gen3 Slipper. Can't forget that. It's the only way to get the slipper to hold up under high torque.

Don't mind got_nitro , he is just a hater and seems to automatically bash products he doesn't own ..... The EREVO is far from perfect but isn't the POS he makes it out to be ....

As for hop ups I would get the Lunsford titanium toe links and pushrods , RPM a arms , 17mm hexes and the M2C racing rear hinge pin brace . Everything else isn't really needed IMO .
