Default Looks like I'm coming back

I have been out of the hobby for a few years now, and looking at my T-maxx empty frame in my closet made me get the itch again. I also found my old O.S. 18 bolted to some wood for bench testing. It makes me want to hear that sound again! So I got to looking on craigslist, and i'm set up to buy a 3.3 t-maxx that only has 2 gallons through it. I would re-build my t-maxx, but Im not sure were all the parts are. I know I have most of them, but trying to find them all would be the hard part. So Im going to buy this T-maxx and use my older one for parts. It has RPM arms all around with RPM bulkheads as well. Im going to be switching those over first!

Just saying hey, I might be back around to answer some questions. I don't think I'll be having many questions, I was in this hobby for quite a while!

Feels good to get back huh!? I had gotten out of the hobby many years ago, sold everything off and then gat back into it a couple years ago and have never been more into it!! I even started my own company selling lipos and other electric accessories online (RCJuice.com). Even though I have mostly electrics now I got into this hobby with nitros and still have some nitros, and will be getting more (many ideas swirling around). Not hating on T-Maxx's (I had a couple) but take a look at the newer trucks out there, they have come a long way since the T-Maxx days!

I have looked at the new trucks, and I am most likely going to get one at some point. But I wasn't looking to spend that much right now. I just want to get back into it, seeing as most likely all my engines are toast. And I have another T-maxx for parts. Plus, Im not looking to get back into racing quite yet. I dont need anything special

Yeah something to be said about sticking with something you already have spare parts for. Either way I'm sure once you're back in it you won't be able to resist some new models at some point. Welcome back!
