aftershock

Well I keep hearing that losi makes the best mt's so here we go. Is this a good deal?

No.

The Aftershock was always dubious IMO - 14mm hexes, a bushing in the 2-speed instead of a bearing like in the LST2/XXL, crappy pipe, flimsy arms, hubs, and shafts compared to the LST2/XLL etc etc.. Plus it's used and the guy can't even get the engine to run right.

C.rapshoot on a truck that needs upgrades afaic when new out of the box... Your call.

Maybe if you add an LST2 upgrade kit to it for cheap, and are prepared to spend another $100 on a Losi 454. You also absolutely need the LST2/XXL pipe.

Listing is gone, but even though the Aftershock uses the same chassis and basic overall design......too many weak/outdated parts adorn it from the original LST MT to make em worthwhile. Look for an XXL or at the very least an LST2.
