Cool man a fellow traxxas member I'm not a big fan of the traxxas forums so I came here . But anyways this truck looks pretty awesome it would be a hard call for me though between the mt3 and rival. How do you guys think they stack up?

My bets are on the rival, it is based off the MGT chassis which is really tough but the electronics can only do 4s which is my only concern.

Guys have been converting these for a couple years now to electric. AE finally caught on...I am glad they did. These are tough trucks.

It seems that the MGT has always been on the back burner for AE. Not sure why as MT's have always been great sellers. If they put as much time and research into the MGT as they do the RC10/SC line we would have the baddest MT ever.
I wish Spokane had better stuff I love my mgt lrp .30 bashes who want some $$$$$

Well at least they strethced out the wheelbase on it, unfortunately they are still using the less than desireable short arm suspension and small bodied shocks of the old MGT.......alot to like, but still alot not to as well.

I like the MT4 better. easy to work on, and 6s ready.(even though 5s is all u need)
