Default Tekin will fix my water damaged rx8?
So my rx8 got water damaged. So it's not under warranty, but does this mean I can send it in for the $94 repair fee?

I'm sure they will repair it with a fee. Now I don't know if it will be $94 but I'm sure they will fix it.

Yeah they will take them in any condition as long as you can still tell its an RX8 ......

Yep, the fee is a flat rate. If its too far gone they usually will just send a new one. Dont forget there is also a shipping and handling charge but either way its cheaper than a new ESC.
