Default Which truck should I keep?

I've always dreamed about having a Nitro RC car and my wish finally came true. I won an eBay auction with the following:

1 Revo 3.3
1 Revo 2.5
1 T-maxx 3.3
1 T-max 2.5
1 RC10 GT

The best part is: I got them all for the price one a new Revo 3.3

The 3.3 trucks are good to go and just need fuel and batteries. The 2.5 trucks have the engines out and the RC10 GT needs a lot of work.

Which truck or combination of trucks should I keep?

Thanks!

you can tell there not traxxas fans! lol i would keep the 2 3.3 trucks, sell the rc10 as a roller or for parts. now do the 2.5 trucks have engines, but just not in? or do they not have an engine? either way, you could just sell the 2.5 trucks if your gonna keep the 2- 3.3 trucks.

by the way, traxxas is the best selling company in rc! so they can't be that bad!

They are all undesirable trucks in my opinion. I agree, get them in working order and sell them off. If you get a savage, electric or not, I would encourage you make it xl length and width. Savages are small, the carbon fiber xl that I have is not even 'big'.

On a side note, I hear LST xxl's are cool. I don't really like the layout of the truck from sight, but it works better than it looks I guess.

keep the 3.3s like ckblood05 said and I would keep the RC10GT as well , but once you get a savage X or XL all the rest of your rc's will get dusty

I soon can confirm if its a great or break truck

on a side note, wouldn't it be better if you get the Savage XL instead of converting from non XL? (not sure if the op can get enough funds by selling those trucks for XL though. Just trying give more options to the op)

Don't be too discouraged by the comments...even though it's true, from my experience I can say the Savage line of trucks is the best out there!

The Maxx trucks are very fun and addicting to hop up though, and after you dump some cash into QUALITY mods like FLM,Unlimited Engineering, Great Assembly, GorillaMaxx, Genuine Traxxas hop-ups, and so on - they are actually pretty capable!

I still own the oldest version Emaxx just beacause I think they are cool, so just have fun!

Traxxas is a good brand. But once u go from traxxas to hpi, its hard to go back. Although i have jumped around a bit. I have a savage x 4.6 and its a beast. Ive had a savage xl and it was nice but the 5.9 is a bad engine right from the get go. Thats why i usually build my own from scratch. Good luck with whatever u choose to do

man there are a lot of savage lovers and traxxis haters on here, I say keep them all or start selling off just enough to supply the needed parts to get the most trucks running. The rc10 is a whole different animal from the monster trucks and they are a blast to drive and may be something to have fun with when you are not running monster truck/revos

Keep the 3.3's, sell the rest. The Revo and Maxx platform are not as tough out-of-the-box as a Savage/TT MT4 G3/LST, but with a few key upgrades, they pull it off just fine.

keep the 3.3's like everyone said. i would also keep the rc10 for a nice project that can be completed over a period of time. it isn't worth the time to sell it for what you'd get for it.
