i ran my lst 3 days ago and cracked left wheel area..replaced and then took her out 3 days later and she stops on a dime as i brake she takes longer to stop..also sometime she just revs up and speed s up...could it be the fuel was to old...she had 1/2 tank in her from 3 days ago...

That is possible i guess. I usually empty my tank out after I am done playing and drop some Miracle oil in the motor. So the next time i run it I would use fresh fuel and let it warm up a bit by running it at mid throttle for few minutes and then try retuning if required. Check idle and low speed, it may be set too high and when u get warmed up the car starts to pull away. Or make sure if you are using a throttle arm, the nut that holds it is firmly secured and is closing when you want it to.

SINCE YOUR IN NY THE REVING AND SPEEDING UP COULD BE A COUPLE OF THINGS FIRST THE WEATHER HAS BEEN UP AND DOWN HERE. THAT WILL HAVE A MAJOR EFFECT ON THE TUNE WHICH IN TURN CHANGES HOW THE ENGINE WILL RUN. YOU HAVE TO RICHEN THE ENGINE (AS I HAVE READ THAT ON OTHER FORUMS). OTHERWISE THE ENGINE RUNS LEAN AND THAT IN TURN WILL CAUSE THE IDLE TO GO AND AND IT WILL SPEED UP OR REV AFTER A LONG STRAIGHT RUN IT WILL ACT LIKE IT JUST KEEPS GOING. THE OTHER THING TO CHECK IS THE REAR DOG BONE TO SEE IF THE LITTLE STUBS ON THE DOG BONE THAT GO INTO THE REAR DIFF DID NOT BREAK. THE FUEL WOULD NOT GO BAD IN 3 DAYS.

ANOTHER QUESTION IS HOW OLD IS THE TRUCK. THE GLOW PLUG MIGHT NEED TO BE CHANGED OR IF IT IS NEW CHECK THE CARB IT COULD BE FAULTY AS I HAD ONE THAT WAS AND SENT IT BACK TO DYNAMITE AND THEY REPAIRED IT.
