Anyone every try hobbypartz tires????
 

Was just looking at the site and saw the tires anyone every try these? Talked to a rep there they all come 12mm hex. All the 1/10th scale truck and buggy tires. They worth the shot on trying them? If you have what did you run there on and what kind of surface?

My friend bought two full sets for his savage X. It has a lrp .30 and almost every integy aluminum upgrade on them. They are shorter than stock savage x rims and tires and a bit narrower. His came ready for his 17mm hubs and he got the masher replicas and their street/dirt tires.

He likes the street tires better than the stock savage x tires and the mashers do pretty well on the loose dirt we bash around on.

For the price they are pretty good. The only problem is that they come premounted so you can't strap the tires if you wanted to.
