Big problem with new engine

I have a losi aftershock and put a new Mach 26 in it and broke it in didn't have one issue starting or idling the whole time. I went to try and drive and tune and it absolutely has no power I mean on factory settings it should still have some and it doesn't I tried a new glow plug no luck all my setup is fine it just acts like I'm not at full throttle its like it only will go half throttle any suggestions would be awesome.

Well if it's a new mill, and you're just out of the "break-in" stage, it's still really rich. A really rich engine will run like crap, bog down under heavy throttle, and not have much juice. Are you getting a lot of oil/fuel coming out of the exhaust?

I'd keep working on the tuning... Likely super rich right now. Try starting to lean it out, and see how it comes along.

I was just to rich on the hsn. My last motor was so different and maybe it's because I'm running different fuel this time. it rips like crazy now and I always thank you guys on here for insight, it's so hard to see what's going on with your own stuff.
