E revo servos

After 3 runs my stock servos are shot and i need a new pair. I have two questions. First, would dual servos be better thab one servo for bashing around and running on the track? Second, what brand servo?

First question, NO. Dual servos even if they are of the same make and spec will always be fighting each other, you can't sink them in perfectly. There will always be one moving a hair faster or slower then the other binding each one up.

Second, SAVOX! You want at least 250 OZ of torque, the more the less stress on the servo, the better.

Nope, just pick a side and bolt it up. Not quite sure if the erevo comes with a heavy duty servo saver http://www.amainhobbies.com/advanced...vo+servo+saver but you want to get one. You"could" get a single aluminum steering arm like the ones on that page but not necessary.

once you go single servo your never look back mate!! the most stupid design having 2 servo;s allways fighting against each other! get a savox or a hitec you wont regret it mate

i use a JR9100s, just one..and for bashing ..and never had issues..

Had the same problem right out of the box. The servos fought each other even after removing the horns and hooking them back up. Get a good strong servo, heavy duty servo saver spring and a single servo arm...I bought one off eBay think its made by golden horizon great investment. Or you can use the dual arm its fine.

Savox 1256, paired with an external BEC, can get you 333 oz. of torque. Plenty enough for handling the Revo's steering.

HiTech 7950, if that's too pricey then JR 9100T, best bang for your buck is Savox 1256TG.

Another vote for Savox here.
