I was using the spin start on my truck the other day and it just stopped. I looked at the connectors and the negative terminal on the motor lead seems to have been pushed towards the back of the lead. If I pull on the wire it starts to rip and it doesnt come out of the connector. Is there anyway I can remove it and then re-insert it?

Yes, it comes apart easy with a screw driver and if you want to replace the whole motor with wires already attached they're only like $12.
