Tmaxx starting issues!

Tried starting a tmaxx I just got used. It will start but even if I put full throttle it doesn't respond or at least not for long and then dies. It dies about 3-5 seconds after starting. Any ideas what is wrong?

I would start with a new plug first.

Go with a new spark plug. If your not sure how new the fuel is get new fuel. Then reset the tuning needles to factory settings.
