Questions?? savage flux to xl conversion/ pic thread..

Hi all.

Well I was just on here not that long ago and was asking about the new savage x with the big bores.

Well needles to say I though about it and if I'm going to be jumping and bashing alot I don't want nitro. Why?? Because I want the stupid power of a flux and don't want to worry about if it flips over with I plain on doing alot lol for it to die.

Well here's the question. How hard is it to convert a flux to XL and where do I get it at?? I plain on getting the flux in the next few weeks and will be selling the stock tvp as soon aas I get the flux.

One last ting what would I need besides the XL tvps?? Thanks all who help and please feel free to post pics of your flux or flux xl's. He!! any savage of that matter lol.

I use the TCS XL chassis and wouldn't go any other way. It's thicker then the stock but doesn't require any new hardware or anything so it will be more robust and won't bend like the stock or xl stock will. There's also a few other upgrades I'd suggest out of the box but if you go to savage-central.com there's lots of threads on how to make the flux bullet proof.
The other 3 things you'll need are these:
XL dog bone:http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXUWJ2&P=7
ESC plate:http://www.tcscrawlers.com/TCS-Crawl...s-p-17922.html
