Wow great build I'll be looking at getting the same ECU if I do get the 1580kv
This truck is freaking kick A$$ wish I knew how simple it was to build before I bought a build one.
I don't want to chop up the frame umm need to look at other options.

Default First run with the Mamba XL

Yesterday I got the wiring done, and man those 8g wires on the XL are massive. After a few short runs and rechecking the temps and connections I ran hard for about 11 minutes (sorry no video) Low speed from a stop is a little smoother than the MMM, but still not great. I may try tweaking the motor timing and see if I can smooth it out more. I set the punch control at 80% and the brakes 40% and switched the BEC to 6.0v. The steering was a little faster and can turn to full stop while sitting still on concrete. It easily pulled wheelies on the grass and spun the tires on concrete. The 8 big bore shocks really soaked up the impact well when jumping. After the run I uploaded the data log from the ESC. It shows the logged data on a graph and you can click on or off the parameters you want to see. The highest temp recorded was 112, and the max rps were just under 9,000. I can upload some screen shots of the data log graphs if anyone is interested.
