Default emaxx esc options evx2 hell

what would you all recommend for a replacement esc for an older brushed emaxx? its a friends truck and I think the EVX2 is shot. it keeps going back to solid red light, and when it doesnt, the truck is locked in full throttle regardless of the trim positions.

what do?

I had the same problem, but then I replaced the radio and everything worked fine. Might want to take it to your lhs and try a new radio system to rule the esc out.

Back when I had one, it was acting wierd and I fixed it by replacing the crystals in the radio/receiver.

Older brushed Emaxx needs a lot of upgrading before it'll run that kind of BL power. Been there, done that....
