Default Which one of these lipo's for my Savage X brushless conversion?

Ordered the HPI conversion kit and soon a esc/motor once I decide but I do want to run 4s total (2 2s packs) and need help selecting batteries that will work well and fit. Here are some I saw so far and would like to get from the US warehouse. Any ideas? Sorry I know this has been asked tons but I am still new to brushless and have never has lipo's before so am a newbie at this....lol

The first one - 5200mah 30-40C will work nicely. Measure your battery box just to make sure, but it should fit. I forget the difference between 2S1P and 2S2P but I read a while back that the 1P's are better, maybe someone can elaborate?

Yeah I was hoping one of the hard case packs would fit... I cant measure the box I just ordered the conversion kit today so wont be here until monday or tuesday...... the higher "C" rating is better right?

What is 1p and 2p?

The middle, 40c hard case is a great battery with lots of punch. Really want a hard case with that truck and they fit nicely.

If your setup doesn't need the higher C, its money wasted. I'd use the 1st lipo also. These have been shown to be accurately rated as far as what data recorders have shown and 30C is what one of the Castle guys, Joe Ford, recommends. Personally, I'd look at their nano-tech lipos, its apparently their best lipo line.

The 'S' number is the number of cell wired in series, that's where the voltage comes from since wiring in series causes the voltage to add. The 'P' number is the number of cell wired in parallel, which doesn't affect voltage, but causes capacity (mah) to rise since in parallel, capacity adds.

I don't think these are really 2S2P cells, that would be 4 physical cells - a pair of 2S cell wired together in series that were wired with another pair of 2S cells in parallel. It would be a big lipo and since the dimensions show its basically no bigger than the others, it looks like its just an error in the ad. Its happened a lot before with them. A 2S2P would be a big lipo, prob twice as thick and the capacity would be in the 10,000+range since a single cell these days can easily be over 5000mah. This was common way to get big capacities back when cell were not very big, say 2000-2500mah. Its not needed or very practical today.
