i saw the pitch was 1M, is it the same think as MOD 1? i have some MOD 1 pinions, and my stock pinion from the savage got chewed up, so wondered if the pitch was the same?

1M is MOD 1? or no?

Yes it is mod1 standard 1/8 scale go for it .

S the Savage uses 32p mod 1 not 32p mod .8 ?

Savage uses just Mod 1, there is no such thing as 32P Mod 1 or 32P Mod 0.8, Mod and P are two different values. Modulus (or mod for short) and pitch (the P after 32) are just two different ways to describe the gear. 32P and Mod 0.8 are close enough however that you can use 32P and Mod 0.8 gears together.

Mod 0.8 is actually 31.75pitch. And 32pitch is Mod 0.7938.....
