Default Summit? revo compatibility

I was wondering how compatible the e-revo and the summit really are? What, if its possible, would I have to do to put summit front and rear diffs in my revo? I thought it would be cool if I could lock it up in the winter for better traction just by clicking a button. We all know how fun it is to get into the diffs on a revo and I hate having to put in a hole evening every time I want to change something. I'm guessing I would need another servo to operate the diffs but I don't own a summit so its just conjecture at this point. Anyway any help would be great. I have a dx3s and a sr3000 which should be able to handle the extra servo/ servos.

Just finished a conversion of an E-Revo to Summit

you need:

4 Chan Radio
Body Shell
Body Posts
Rear Arms (Extended Wheel Base)
Driveshafts (E-Revo ones are diff)
Front/Rear Diff AND Bulkheads
2 Speed conversion for transmisison
Single Motor Mount
Linkage Set
3 * Micro Servos
Shock Oil and Springs are diff

Chassis also needs some dremel work to clear diff linkages
