what model maxx?
 

i got this t maxx 3.3 in a trade. the guy said he bought it i believe last october. i need to know what model it is so when i order certain parts. it came without reverse. is there any where i can look on the truck or controller to tell me? it cant be the 4907 because im looking on traxxas site and that model comes with the 2.4ghz. this has the tq3. im thinking its the 4908 model. it has the 2018 throttle servo and the 2070 digital high torque steering servo.

After the last site change on Traxxas, it seems like all the older model info is gone or is so hard to find I can't find it. Searching for 4908 brings up practically nothing, and nothing that helps answer your question.

What I can find though support that you've got the 4908.

i know all they got is the classic maxx and the 4907. im thinking its the 4908 to.

Is is the extended chassis or no ? does it have reverse or no . gray plastics or black ?

im pretty sure its the extended chasis. no reverse. and the plastic is grey and black. the arms,chasis braces, shock mounts, bumper mounts are black. and the rx,tx boxes and skid plates,tranny, bulkheads are grey.

Post a picture and lets see . The extended chassis tmaxx has foc trans and mostly gray except the arms . Also has the revo clutch and driveshafts .

im pretty sure i have the revo clutch and driveshafts. they are big with the blue rubber to help keep dirt out. i will post some pics.

Thats the 4908 extended tmaxx . It could have also been the 4907 but you didt get the 2.4ghz radio . Just have fun with it if you need any questions shoot me a pm .

yea im thinking it is the 4908 to. he said when i traded the tq3 he gave me with the truck is what came with it. its just i want to get the rpm skid plates and i saw on rpm's site there is two versions of them. ok, thanks for the help!
