when i roll my t maxx backwards the spur gear spins and i hear a bell like sound. what is that making the bell sound?

You have a one way bearing inside the trans that only spins the trans when the wheels are turning backwards. You are basically spinning the trans internals when you do that. If you have a steel spur gear they make that noise on the clutch bell.

oh ok, that makes sense. naw, the spur gear is plastic. as long as its not a bad noise.
