Default t-maxx radio issues...

I've got a new model t-maxx and having some weird issues with it.

Everything was working fine to begin with, but then i started having range issues; I was limited to about 20-25 yards before it would get out of range. Over the course of the next two days, the range got shorter and if I hold down the throttle at 100%, the throttle servo would go to full throttle and then start backing off and going back to full throttle; back and forth.

Any ideas?

Have you looked at the antenna and made sure there's no cuts or nicks on it?

If teh radio you're using has crystals, re-seat them both. You have checked and made sure rcvr an tx batts are good?

I'm going to take a look at the antenna as soon as i get back.

As far as the remote goes, its a new style Traxxas TQ 2.4Ghz high output link radio system. So, i dont think it has 'crystals' in it, but i'm not sure?

All the batteries have been replaced/charged and still have the issue.

No, there's no crystals, my bad, I see now you said new....

See pg 10 - bottom corner, make sure you antenna wire hasn't slipped in the antenna tube or the end part gotten bent or crimped.

You might try rebinding the rcvr also pg 10.
