You can convert it to brushless, that's what I did. I don't drive it too much b/c it is so big and fast that I have to take it to a wide open dirt parking lot. But I just drove it yesterday and it's a blast. I tried selling mine too. Since I'll have to give it away I decided to keep it and just enjoy it. I changed the tranny to use a summit tranny and diff locks. I can put the SC arms and tires on it I want to use it that way. There are a lot of options w/ that chassis.

Bad economy. Most people are budgeting their fun and spending more carefully. SC trucks are cheap to buy and cheap to run, and are becoming incredibly popular. Electric is also becoming more popular than nitro. MT kinda comes and goes, and used MTs (Revos in particular) tend to be over-priced. Not saying that's the case with yours, as I have no idea what you've got it priced at, just generally speaking. Just not the greatest time to sell, on the other hand, if you wait too long, your revo will become obsolete. It's the nature of RC.

That and Nitro is basically dead itself.

Lets not forget winter is upon us, and Nitro + winter don't mix.
