if i have stock tires and rims for my e maxx and i buy the spinner kit will it fit or will i have to get the factory tires?

If you mean the ProLine spinners, then no, they won't fit the stock wheels. I don't know of any that will fit the stock wheels. ProLine makes wheels that fit their spinners, the 40 series. Expect to spend around $150 for the whole setup.:)
