Whats up everyone,, i have a chance to buy a duratrax maximum st pro ( i think) for 30 40 bucks,, needs some work... should i buy it... i race on road and would like something to bash anywhere with,, nothing fancy just fun... thanks for any feedback...

I mean for $40 is this really a serious question?
But no really, I'd grab it if I were in your situation, looks like it only needs some minor things, obviously rear tires and hexes. Hard to tell by the pic, but maybe thats it?

Thanks guys.. I just don't know how easy it is to gets parts for this truck. I think it's an older truck.. I'm gonna try and grab it anyhow..

hey that's a good point... but you can always smash parts together to make it work lol. it is a basher after all.

here are some pics,,, i ended up giving the dude $50.. little engine work and it runs great.. just need tires, which a friend is giving me, put a new steering servo and a AE pipe off my ntc3.. thats about it

Not bad at all. As far as parts go...Tower's got you covered and the majority of it is actually in stock Should be a fun beater ride.

I had one of those a few years ago. Tough truck, good for a basher. TowerHobbies has any part you will ever need for that thing. Good buy in my opinion.
