Differential help

On my Traxxas Stampede, I just started to have trouble with the drivetrain. It seems as though the Differential is going bad, but I am not quite sure. I would much rather fix it than buy a new differential which will cost me around fifty to sixty dollars. Any help with this will give me some good info.

Fifty or sixty is replacing EVERYTHING in the trans including the case...First place to look for problems id the slipper clutch then with worn gears and bearings, remember you don't need to necessarily replace everything, Traxxas also makes a Hardened Idler Gear #1996X which is a common problem in those trucks.

I have replaced all the gears except the differential. I changed them to the optional parts that Traxxas makes.

Egged out bushing or bearing? or a egged out hole or slot in the gear case?

Bearings are perfectly fine and there is no problem with the gear casing. But to be sure I will buy a new one.

Make sure the white plastic outdrives arent stripped....

They aren't, I replaced them when I first got the truck with Steel yokes.

Any other comments or clues to my differential problem would be very helpful.
